Do I need technical knowledge?

No, both kits are Plug & Play. The dish finds the satellite on its own and you'll be connected within minutes.

Does Starlink work everywhere in Europe?

Yes, thanks to the roaming subscription, the device works in virtually all of Europe.

How fast is the connection?

Under normal conditions, you can expect 100 to 200 Mbps download speed. This is more than sufficient for streaming, video calls and working from home.

What if the weather is bad?

Starlink performs excellently under most weather conditions. During extreme storms or heavy snowfall, speed may temporarily decrease.

Is there a data limit?

No, the roaming subscription offers unlimited data usage. No surprises afterwards.

When do I get my deposit back?

Once the device is returned undamaged, we refund the deposit within one week via bank transfer.

Can I have the device delivered?

Yes, delivery is available throughout Belgium. Pick-up in Wetteren is free, by appointment only.

How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice with a QR code (Payconiq) that you simply scan to pay digitally. At pick-up or on-site installation, you can also pay digitally or in cash.

What are the rental periods?

You can rent by the day, week or month. There is no minimum period.

Do I always pay the lowest price?

Yes! Our system automatically calculates the best rate. Renting for 6 days costs the weekly rate instead of 6 × the daily rate.

Can I rent multiple devices at once?

Yes, when reserving you can select the desired quantity. The deposit applies per device. When delivering multiple devices to the same address, you receive a volume discount on the delivery cost.

Do you offer installation service?

Yes! We come and install and configure everything on-site. Ideal if you're not technically inclined or for events and construction sites. (€75)

Is express delivery available?

Yes, subject to availability. We then deliver within 24 hours. You can select this option when making your reservation. (€75)

Can I request a quote?

Absolutely! For larger projects, multiple devices or longer periods, you can request a custom quote. We will contact you within 24 hours.
